WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL " MABWE MINERALS INVESTORS" BLOGSPOT PAGE
We are Mabwe Minerals investors who believe the company is under constant personal attack by two non-investors. As we believe MBMI is a strong buy and thus favorably bias, we encourage you to perform your own due diligence forming your own opinion. We believe the company is fully transparent to their shareholders and we invite you to start with the company’s website www.mabweminerals.com.
This blog is designed to expose two non-investors and their personal attacks on the company hiding behind multiple alias’ on both Yahoo Finance and ihub. The blog is also designed to create an atmosphere of fair and open debate concerning the company regardless of each users opinion of the company.
Bonnie Gail Norton: ihub Moderator and Yahoo Finance blogger.
Ms. Norton had previously invested her life savings into a company called Raptor Technology Networks (RPTN) that unfortunately failed. In addition to losing substantial savings, the emotional toil on her family ended in a hostile divorce. She had every right to post negative on RPTN. Many of the members of this blogspot were also RPTN investors so we are very familiar with her relentless attacks on RTPN and now MBMI. Mabwe Minerals Inc. acquired RPTN emerging as MBMI in 2012. Ms. Norton immediately began to attack Mabwe Minerals without merit. She continues to interfere with the company’s business contacting the SEC, the company’s strategic partners as well as tampering with the company’s business as an ihub moderator with one of Mabwe Minerals’ key customers (BHI).
We have been tracking Ms. Norton for years identifying numerous alias’ she uses to attack Mabwe Minerals. At Yahoo Finance, we collectively keep her in check although at times, we let our emotions get the best of us attacking her in the same manner in which she attacks us and the company. As a moderator at ihub, she skillfully manipulates their user guidelines deleting our posts without the opportunity for fair and reasonable debate. Her red flags and warnings are without merit and unfortunately, ihub policies encourage this unhealthy behavior. Many of us have been set to ihub jail and/or terminated as ihub Users. Kindly consider to view both blog sites to gain a better balance during your due diligence on the company.

Peter Valentine: ihub User and Yahoo Finance Blogger
Known as “Hukoyo” on ihub and “BaseMinerals” on Yahoo Finance
Peter Valentine is a documented convicted criminal who lives in Zimbabwe falsely claiming he has ownership rights to Mabwe Minerals’ Dodge Mine. Through repeated efforts, he attempts to claim ownership via two separate attacks. As BaseMinerals, he claims he has a tribute agreement. Mr. Valentine is referencing an expired 2008 tribute agreement where he had previous mining access to Dodge Mine. The tribute agreement expired in early 2011 and Mabwe Minerals purchased Dodge Mine from Mr. Richard Needham Groves in September 2011 who represented Chiroswa Syndicate. Mabwe Minerals has posted their Dodge Mine ownership certificates so there is no dispute as to who owns Dodge Mine.
Mr. Groves had also formed Chiroswa Minerals to act as the potential Dodge Mine mining operator. He formed the company giving Mr. Valentine 50% ownership of this company that represented an empty shell with no assets. Mr. Groves, included in the sale of Dodge Mine via Chiroswa Syndicate, his 50% ownership of Chiroswa Minerals. Upon the company meeting Mr. Valentine, they discontinued their affiliation with Chiroswa Minerals and instead acquired a 25% interest in WGB Kinsey & Company to manage all operations at Dodge Mine.
Mr. Valentine simply has no rights to Dodge Mine. He continues to post altered documents on his BaseMinerals website and continuously files complaints with the Zimbabwe Mining Authorities, the Zimbabwe Daily Newspaper and the Zimbabwe Court System. We will let his posts speak for themselves as a historical review of all his ihub posts will clearly demonstrate his unethical behavior.
Mabwe Minerals’ web site speaks volumes of a successful company on the verge of generating material revenue for its shareholders. With their Letter to Shareholders and pro forma statements, 2014 will be a breakout year for the company. Their list of strategic partners are impressive:
Baker Hughes: A Master Supplier Agreement representing 3M tons of barite.
Steinbock Minerals: Largest worldwide distributor of barite.
Yasheya Limited: A company that specializes in the shipment of barite.
WGB Kinsey: Zimbabwe’s most respected mining and construction company.
PHI Commodities: Largest grain importer from the Port of Beira to Harare.
MWH Geo-Survey: Gravity mapping company that specializes in barite sites.
This Blogspot is intended to present a fair and balance debate opportunity for all users regardless of their view, for or against, Mabwe Minerals. We encourage open debate as the company releases new public domain data. To our knowledge, no members of Mabwe Minerals or their management participate on this site nor do we encourage them to do so. We represent real investors who strongly believe that the company is fully transparent to their shareholders. Hope you will join us!
